Someday? Poet Laureate. But for now food critic. The noodle can make or break a dish. They are a great umami vehicle when used correctly. So is salt.
So many to choose from in this growing world. Rice is still a mainstay of many meals….but the noodle is in the running. The political arena is jammed to tight with the Dem and Rep. party…….It is past time for the Libertarian.
