I have anxiety, a most severe form. It started in childhood. Not being able to catch my breath sometimes. As an adult it morphed into hyperventilation. Yeah, where the ring and little fingers on both hands become numb….you know what I’m talking about. We ( I ) have to take total control of all things I process. I weed out the intrusive thoughts that want to take control.

How is the country?

INFLATION IS IN FULL SWING… EVERY TIME I GO THE STORE. THE PRICE OF THINGS HAVE NOT COME DOWN~~~~~~~IN TWO YEARS. #FJB ….and the rest.
