Topics come to us at the strangest times. I have forgotten so many little nuances of the things I do not practice any longer. I love music, play the guitar, and I write music….but the hands of time have become the hands of time.
Food and politics are like Kentucky kinfolk….they are always good fodder for conversation. But, if we want to keep it civil, it takes a balance of patience and self-control. Deep breathing is an excellent tool to use. Many people are taken advantage of at the scales ~ their jobs, and the lost. But payback and Karma ARE a guarantee, so treat others like you want to treated.
