This is a weekly thing…..Monday. It has its pros and cons. More heart-attacks happen on Monday comparatively to the other days, because of stress that comes from the inside, as well as outside forces. We become anxious and most are not on a proper diet or exercise regimen.
Let’s ease the warfare between the good, bad, and the ugly. (well, the ugly are on their own) Ugly is about attitude and not psychical appearance. They do however bring the biggest game.
