Nothing is new under the sun, pines King Solomon. I concur.
Climate is going to change in a BIG way, and there is absolutely nothing we can do, except give back our earth by planting trees and perpetuating the fruit.
According to the Bible, specifically the Book of Revelation, the phrase “a third of the earth will be destroyed” refers to a prophecy where a significant portion of the Earth will be ravaged by natural disasters, often interpreted as a symbolic representation of widespread destruction, with the “third” signifying a large-scale devastation affecting a substantial part of the planet; this is most commonly found in Revelation 8:7, where the first trumpet is sounded, causing hail and fire mixed with blood to fall upon the earth, burning up a third of the land, trees, and grass.
In-other-words? Suck it up….. God has is reasons and purpose. Ezekiel shares a warning before the sudden death of his beloved wife—God was going to take away “the delight of his eyes.” We naturally question why this had to be, but God’s further instructions to Ezekiel prompt even more questions: “Yet do not lament or weep or shed any tears. Groan quietly; do not mourn for the dead. Keep your turban fastened and your sandals on your feet; do not cover your mustache and beard or eat the customary food of mourners” (Ezekiel 24:16–17).
The prophecy occasioned by the death of Ezekiel’s wife was a dire one. Solomon’s temple in Jerusalem—the delight of the people’s eyes—would be suddenly destroyed. And the people, when they heard the news in Babylon, would respond in stunned, sorrowful silence. Their grief would be so overwhelming that groaning and pining away would be all they could do. They would act this way because of their sins (Ezekiel 24:23); that is, they would remember the national sins that led to the tragedy. This is ISRAEL.
Foretold centuries ahead of time, the plight of this land, and who it belongs to, leaves no questions today WHY? Peace will return when Jesus comes. Do you believe?
