I love music, play the guitar, and I write music&#8230;.but the hands of time have become the <em>hands of time<\/em>. <br>     Food and politics are like Kentucky kinfolk&#8230;.they are always good fodder for conversation. But, if we want to keep it civil, it takes a balance of patience and self-control. Deep breathing is an excellent tool to use. Many people are taken advantage of at the scales ~ their jobs, and the lost.
