We sit and wonder where the time goes. <br><br>We have become lethargic, both young and old. Taking a stroll, Walkin to New Orleans&#8230; are almost out of the question. As I sit and ponder, I realize&#8230;I have stopped cycling. I have logged 50,000 verifiable miles on a cycle. (But I also started very young.)<br><br>I like to share other opinions and stories&#8230;.like this chap in the UK. <br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/fitness\/a35256213\/walking-benefits-exercise-health-lockdown\/?utm_source=pocket-newtab\">Men&#8217;s Health <\/a> is big business.  I realize a few of the posts will be just a little fluff until I can&#8217;t sort out something more concrete. <br><br>Don&#8217;t get lost in the fray.
