Always be ready to try something new&#8230;.<br><br>So&#8230;. as a bachelor&#8230; I hate to waste food  AND it is so hard to portion just right for a healthy diet.  I will be dropping videos soon&#8230;.. GMax and the Snacky Snacks&#8230; (I just polished off a can of beenie weenies, with a buttered English Muffin, I&#8217;m officially full.)~~~~for this segment.<br><br>I love <a href=\"https:\/\/getpocket.com\/explore\/item\/once-you-try-spanish-fried-eggs-you-ll-never-cook-them-any-other-way?utm_source=pocket-newtab\">Fried Eggs<\/a>, and when you follow these instructions&#8230;.. you will love the finished product.  I am going  to include a kicker for a quasi scrambled\/fried dish&#8230;~~~~~~~ add a small dollop of sour-cream for each egg&#8230;&#8230; I call it scrambled on the fly&#8230;&#8230;<br><br>It cooks really fast and  has an excellent taste&#8230;..It works as a fill-in between meals as well<br>Stay tuned for more ideas, as I do have some original dishes coming via podcast&#8230;..<br><br>Blessings<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You never know what might pop up in the Food section.
