But, It. Is. Hard. What is the solve for this situation?<br>I don&#8217;t have the answers only actions. I have to occupy my downtime with positive thoughts, and take the deep breathing  exercises because they work.<br><br>     I have suffered from anxiety my whole life. From childhood there was food insecurity, then I wasn&#8217;t able to socialize like the others although I could communicate. Party time and the like were not my cup of tea. (how poetic). To make each day better is to be the best ME.  I don&#8217;t have any addictions other than the caffeine that courses through my veins. So why??? <br><br>     Like I said, I don&#8217;t have answers per-se, I do have a faith in Jesus. My Jesus, that I freely share with you. He is a living being that split the very time we keep. Zeus is a myth with zero power. Baal is evil and resides here today in many forms. He is even in your money.
